Q. How long does it take to finish the stone?

A. The typical time frame is 60 to 90 days. There are a lot of factors that must be taken into account. We cannot dig the foundation in the winter months, which will cause some delay. And some stones are imported from other countries and take much longer to receive.

Q. Can you put a picture of a specific item on the stone?

A. Yes, you can choose any photo of your choice. There are several options for this process. We can engrave, laser etch or apply a ceramic version of the original photo.

Q. What is the cost of a monument?

A. The pricing varies so much between the color, size, and shape.

Q. Do you cut final dates?

A. Yes, you can call and provide us with the information and we can cut the date on site.

Q. What cemeteries do you deliver to?

A. We are located in Bloomfield Indiana. We service all of southern and central Indiana. We have on occasion set stones outside of Indiana. Please call if you have special circumstances.

Q. I live out of state; do I need to visit the shop to purchase?

A. We have helped many out of state customers via, phone, internet and fax. We also send a photo of the completed monument upon request.

Q. Is there an extra charge for how many children’s names I want on the back?

A. No, once we know the size, shape, and color of the stone we will give you one price that covers all engraving (front and back) pouring the foundation and installing the monument.

The only additional charges are Indiana 7% sales tax and if you choose to add any additional items, such as vases or ceramic photographs.

Q. If the person is still living at the time of purchase, is the death date engraving included in the price.

A. No, generally this is ordered by the funeral home. If you wish it can be ordered directly through us when needed.

Q. We have a large family and want to all be there at the same time, can we schedule an appointment?

A. Yes, Just call and we can schedule to be in office at a time that will work for you.
